Ellingsong They aren't bad for the price however the 10 foot cord gets kind of annoying plus they get uncomfortable before long. They're lightweight, comfortable, and the sound is extremely natural with strong clear bass.
I attempted to figure out the main difference. However, if you are planning to use these on ur iPods and audio players and just listening to music or watching movies on your PC, like basically sedentary activites, possibly even the sporadic subway ride (if you do not mind the unavoidable stares from fellow passengers), then these are the headphones to purchase. I haven't noticed a differences in the Sound/Movie feature. Dollar for dollar you will not get a better headphone. They are not very adjustable and the fit is loose.
They are great headphones at a fantastic cost and im happy. Will continue to use them for several years in the future. I keep buying them since they're this type of good deal. I purchased mine for $24. You will find points within the songs where it may sound a little hollow, such as the low-end of the midrange is lacking.

Sharp highs, quick bass response (just a little lacking though in power in the lows). The ear part of the cuffs encircle your whole ear so there's nothing to pressure your ears and hurt like other headphones with smaller sized ear cuffs.
My head is a touch small so I was happy they fit pretty much.

Initially when I first put them on my head I was truly amazed at how light and comfy these were. If you wish to put these down you'll find good reasons to but for the money they speak for themselves. They're lightweight but they're a little on the bulky side which doesn't really bother me. I do not hear the kid's TV or my wife's public radio in my ears while I'm groovin' to the latest download. Sound is extremely distinct, good bass and most importantly they are comfortable around my neck and head. I'll keep this extremely short and sweet.

I purchased them, and I think that for that price I paid, they are amazing cordless stereo headphones. The wireless voip headset in the 100-300 dollar range exert more clarity, definition, and detail, however they are also in the 100-300 dollar budget range.
